Shipping & Returns

Returns​

Our policy does not accept returns upon delivery of the product as it is fresh food.

 

​Cancellations

 

If you wish to cancel an order, please send an email to contacto@delinsect.com.mx before the product is packaged for delivery. There is one calendar day.​

 

Refunds (where applicable)

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a period of 15 to 20 business days.

 

Late or lost refunds (where applicable)

 

If you still haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next step, contact your bank.  It often takes some time before your refund is posted. If you have followed all of these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at delinsect@gmail.com.

 

Sale items (where applicable)

Only regular priced items will be refunded, unfortunately sale products cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (where applicable)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to delinsect@gmail.com and send the item to: Paseos del Bosque lote 8, mza 9, Cuautitlan Izcalli, MEX, 54760, Mexico.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.  Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be sent to you by postal mail.

If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or the gift was sent to the buyer to give to you later, we will send a refund to the buyer and they will know about your return.

 

Shipment

 

To return your product, you must send them to: Paseos del Bosque lote 8, mza 9, Cuautitlan Izcalli, MEX, 54760, Mexico.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary. If you are shipping a product valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or buy insurance for shipping.  We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.

Devoluciones​

Conforme a nuestra política, los clientes disponen de 24 horas desde la recepción del producto para solicitar una devolución. Aceptamos devoluciones únicamente si el producto se mantiene en las mismas condiciones en las que fue entregado: sin abrir y en su empaque original y sellado. En casos donde el producto esté en mal estado, este debe ser devuelto en su empaque original y con una pérdida no mayor al 5% del contenido total del producto.
